An image I created earlier this year has recently been accepted into the General Collection of Professional Photographers of America's 2014 International Photographic Competition.

A panel of 45 eminent jurors from across the United States selected the top photographs from nearly 5,000 total submitted entries. Judged against a standard of excellence, worthy images were selected for the General Collection and Loan Collection.

I thank you all for your continued love and support of my work and for trusting me with your family's memories.

This award is not an arrival point, but a mere landmark on my continuing journey to excellence.  I will keep on learning, growing, and getting better at my photography, and I will offer you all that I've got.
